Michael Kazouris is a process server and private investigator
appointed by the Pinellas and Pasco Sheriff’s Offices and the Chief Judicial
Judge of Hillsborough County in Florida. In 2001, he enrolled at Florida
Metropolitan University where he completed courses in public safety. The
information he learned during the courses was used in his position as a public
safety officer.
